More service industries going to set up in Shen Zhen within 10 years. A much bigger business opportunity & economic scale are going to establish in Shen Zhen. Shen Zhen government start to re-build Shen Zhen to be not just a modernized industrial zone, but also a mature service-industry zone, such as property, finance, internet contents, logistic etc. The governments offer a lot of the competitive terms for such service industries, part of them is even free of profit tax within certain years.

Why? Because there are a lot of the foreign currencies (more than USD1000 billion) kept in China, and the investment options are mainly the stock market & manufacturing, most of the other investment channels are limited for the government & banks. The market demands the more efficiency options of using the money. Shen Zhen is few of the rich cities in China & start the first step of opening the service industries to diversify the economic structure as well as seeking for more outlets for the money.

The touring industry is surely not the good investment anymore in Shen Zhen since it’s matured even most of them have been existing for more than 10 years, such as Window of the world, happy valley (china style Disney land) etc. It still contributed for RMB 20 billion last year for Shen Zhen city. However, much more & bigger touring place especially the village like big size hot-spring hotel & resort beach hotel & zoos are set up in delta pearl where accept much more tourists.
